We use a range of quality checking testing like microbalancers, RPM tests and furnace & M. Infrastructural Setup

Our factories are located in the industrial cities of Kolkata, Hyderabad and Kallamb(H.P.). We have a well built infrastructure comprising of several units like Metalising Unit, Injection Moulding Unit, Extrusion Moulding Unit, Fan Assembling Unit and the T-P-W Motor Manufacturing Unit. Machines used include the ultrasonic welding machines, pad and screen printing machines, spray painting machines and tool rooms. Our automatic vacuum metalising plant is fitted with all sorts of latest machines and equipment.

Our moulding shop has 85 machines of varying capacities and weights. We have a whole range of equipment like Chiller, Driers, Granulators, Automatic Colour drums and other similar machines to complete each manufacturing task with perfection.
